Pan EMEA Promotional terms and conditions “PanaCast Pays” - Reseller Incentive

Please read carefully, by participating in the Jabra PanaCast Pays promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.  

Overview 

The following promotional conditions apply to the "PanaCast Pays" incentive of Jabra, part of GN Audio Germany GmbH, located at Hochstrass Sud 7, Raubling, Germany, hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser". 

The purpose of the PanaCast Pays incentive is to promote the Jabra PanaCast 50 Video Portfolio. By participating in the promotion, you declare that you are aware of these promotional conditions and agree to them being applicable to the contract concluded between you and the Organiser in the context of the promotion.  

We recommend that you read these promotional conditions carefully before taking part in the "PanaCast Pays" promotion. 

Duration of Promotion 

The promotion starts on 1 April 2024 and ends on 31 December 2025 at midnight (“Promotional Period”). 

How does it work? 

The promotion works as follows: 

  1. In order to participate, you need to register the details of your demo on the PanaCast Pays website: https://panacastpays.jabra-promotions.com "Website"). 

  2. Once you have submitted the details, your request will be validated by Jabra within 7 days against the following criteria: the proposed customer must be a new prospect and have a minimum of 3 meeting rooms.  

  3. If your demo request is approved, you will receive an email with information to enable you to book an online demo for your customer with Jabra’s pre-sales team.  

  4. It is your responsibility to book an appointment for the demo at a time and date that is suitable for you and your customer.  

  5. You must attend the demo session with your customer at the booked time and date.  

  6. It is your responsibility to capture a screenshot of the demo in progress which you will be required to submit to support your claim for the reward. Details of how to do so will be provided to you via email. 

  7. If your demo is validated and approved you will receive the rewards advertised (please see full details in the Rewards section below).

Terms and Conditions 

As with any promotion, the "PanaCast Pays" promotion is subject to a number of terms and conditions: 

  1. The online demo request form is limited to the Promotional Period. 

  2. To take part in the promotion, you must be at least 18 years old and an employee of a Jabra Reseller in EMEA. 

  3. There is no limit to the amount of demo requests you can submit during the period of the promotion but the rewards will be capped at a total of 10 new prospects per person during the Promotional Period. It is not permitted to pretend to be another person or to provide false information and data in order to submit additional requests and earn more rewards. 

  4. Proof of the demo taking place (screenshot of online demo) must be sent to the email address specified no more than one month following the end of the Promotional Period. Any proof sent after this time cannot be approved and the reward will not be issued. 

  5. If the Organiser suspects abuse or participation that contravenes these terms and conditions, the Organiser has the right to deny the participant in question, including all email addresses and registrations associated with them, further access to the PanaCast Pays website, to cancel the registration(s), to reduce or cancel the participant's rewards and to remove the participant from the promotion, without giving the participant any right to compensation. 

  6. The Organiser shall not charge the participant any costs for participating in the promotion. Therefore, participation is free of charge for the participant, except for any costs the participant might incur for the use of internet. All costs for the use of (mobile) internet connections and data (bundles), including mobile internet, incurred by the participant in order to participate in the promotion, are at the participant's expense. 

  7. This promotion is only valid in EMEA and only for Resellers and Customers whose registered business address is in EMEA. 

  8. A prize won is not transferable or exchangeable for money or other products and/or services. 

  9. Jabra reserve the right to contact a customer for whom a demo has taken place to request feedback on the demo itself and / or the equipment demonstrated. 

  10. Any personal data provided to the Organiser is stored exclusively for the processing of the promotion and deleted after the Promotional Period and the participants have been rewarded. Rewards 

  1. All participants will be informed of the reward allocation via the email address that is provided on the PanaCast Pays website. 

  2. The reward per validated and approved demo is 50 USD voucher. 

  3. Vouchers will be delivered via email to the email address that is provided on the PanaCast Pays website. 

  4. The Organiser is not responsible for payment or refund of any taxes or duties, including VAT and income tax, which may be imposed upon the participants rewarded. All such taxes and duties must be paid by the participants rewarded.  

Complaints and/or comments 

Despite our efforts around the "PanaCast Pays" promotion, you may not be satisfied and may have a complaint or a comment. Please share these with us via email: claims@jabra-promotions.com. The Organiser will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. The Organiser will not enter into any correspondence regarding the outcome of the promotion. 

Changes to promotional conditions and others 

  1. The Organiser is entitled to change these promotional conditions, including the Promotional Period, and/or to suspend or terminate the promotion without being liable to pay any compensation to the participant.

  2. In any event of a change of terms and conditions the changed promotional terms and conditions shall be published at: https://panacastpays.jabra-promotions.com. After such change, only the updated terms and conditions shall apply and the old ones will be void.  

  3. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude persons from participation in the promotion and without being obliged to pay any compensation, if it suspects abuse or contravention of these promotional conditions. 

  4. "Jabra" is a registered and licensed trademark. This trademark may not be used without the prior, written consent of the copyright holder. 

  5. The promotion is governed exclusively by local law. In the event of a dispute not covered by these conditions, the Organiser shall be entitled to determine the outcome. 

  6. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the local law applicable.
